I used to hear my mom speak Shanghainese to grandma and wanted to do my part to document Shanghainese since language is part of culture. I couldn't find a good dictionary or translator for Shanghainese, so I decided to make one. It is 3-way (Shanghainese, Mandarin, English), has text-to-speech so you can hear how words are pronounced, and uses a catalog of 51,000 words. Happy to hear feedback from anyone who speaks Shanghainese.
